Enhancing the Nutritional Value of Plant Products

As of August, CIAT's Library is exhibiting books, thesis, reports and other documents on "Enhancing the Nutritional Value of Plant Products”. The exhibition includes: biofortified crops, nutritive value of plants, food enrichment, crop biofortification, protein enrichment, nutritional quality of food, among others.
